Room quality seemed inconsistent. one had a nagging odor that felt more like a cleaning chemical cover-up than freshness. Walls were thin, making it hard to escape the sounds of bustling foot traffic outside and movements from neighboring rooms, which might be a distraction if you're a light sleeper. breakfast options were limited and basic, more suited for a quick bite than a hearty meal. the setup felt more like a cafeteria than a proper dining experience.

Clean bathrooms, convenient luggage storage, good WiFi
Room layout could be better with distracting noise from neighboring rooms!!! Improve sound insulation and ensure cleaning services are reliable to match expectations!!! Lighting in rooms lacks brightness, making it gloomy at night!!! Other facilities need updating!!!

Perfect Location with Friendly Staff
The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from all major attractions, making our exploration of the city super convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly, providing helpful suggestions for dining options nearby. Breakfast was decent, offering a good selection of items to start the day, but I would have appreciated more variety in the hot options.

Great location and friendly folks!
We had a nice stay for 2 nights in a double room with a sofa bed. The staff was super nice, and it was just a quick stroll to the Royal Mile. Breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it was decent. Just wished the bathroom had a few more lights. it got a bit dim at night.
